8. Termination

  • By Client: Clients may terminate the contract with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment for Services performed up to the termination date.
  • By Us: We may terminate the contract if the client fails to comply with the Terms. In such cases, the client will be responsible for payment for Services performed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ludhian Court. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Ludhiana.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
